Create a CMS User on www.NERSC.gov

Created by Margie Wylie-Petruzziello, Modified on Mon, 12 Feb at 2:34 PM by Margie Wylie-Petruzziello

In order to edit the www.NERSC.gov website, you must create a user record in the content management system (CMS). You do that by logging into the website using NERSC's federated ID. Once your CMS user is created, it can be given editing privileges.

1. On any page of https://www.nersc.gov, select "login" (located on the upper right side of the page in the search box).

2. Log in through federated ID. (This creates a CMS user, but gives you no editing privileges.)

3. Confirm you have logged in successfully. (Your name and "Logout" should replace the "Login" link.)

4. Request a staff page and/or editing privileges.
