If you are the designated owner and/or editor of content on a division website, you will get regular reports about broken links, misspellings, accessibility issues, and (in some cases) SEO (search engine optimization) fixes for your web content.
These reports are generated by SiteImprove, our web quality assurance tool.
If you are receiving reports, you already have a SiteImprove account and can log in and use the tool.
SiteImprove Help and Training
SiteImprove offers excellent help, training and support. A great place to start is the "Help Center and Academy" tab (shown in the screenshot below). Select "Get Started," and at a minimum, these two articles:
- Introduction to SiteImprove (https://help.siteimprove.com/support/solutions/articles/80000448534-introduction-to-siteimprove)
- Quality Assurance: Broken Links and Misspellings (https://help.siteimprove.com/support/solutions/articles/80000448462-quality-assurance-broken-links-and-misspellings).
In-app tutorials are also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, those are not available from a single menu, but rather sprinkled throughout help articles (help.siteimprove.com).
