SiteImprove: How to Create an Account & Log In

If You Do Not Have an Account

The University of California Office of the President (UCOP) provides our SiteImprove access. To log in, you must first create an account and then request access to the website data of your choice. 


1. Create Your Account


If you do not yet have an account, you can create a SiteImprove account by logging into SiteImprove with your Berkeley Lab credential. (Note: This login must be through the dedicated UC website: https://siteimprove.ucop.edu/)


2. Request Permissions


After logging in and creating your account open a ticketInclude the following information:

  1. Which website(s) do you wish to access data about? (examples: www.nersc.gov, docs.nersc.gov, cs.lbl.gov)
  2. If you want to monitor specific pages (not the entire website), please include a SPECIFIC URL to the top page of the branch. (Example: If you only want to monitor the "About” section for NERSC, indicate “https://www.nersc.gov/about/ as the “branch.")

After you have your account and access to your desired website and pages has been established, you can get more help using SiteImprove.
